Clark & Lauren Forever
When Clark and Lauren became engaged, Lauren's mom gave me the assignment of creating a little wedding video to share with extended family and members of the wedding party. I'm very much an amateur video maker, but I'm pretty proud of my efforts and the results! In my next post, I will share some tips on gathering photos and creating content for a video like this.
Today is Clark and Lauren's FIRST Anniversary!
I thought I would celebrate with a few of my MOST favorite photos from August 12th, 2016!

These two were inseparable when they were little, and the three of us spent LOTS of time together. Geoff was a medical resident and was rarely home, so we had all kinds of adventures. They introduced me to motherhood and I'm so in love with both of them!
Clark turned 5 and started Kindergarten the fall Trey was born. He was SO EXCITED to load baby into the stroller and walk to school. And, after school he was my very best helper—changing diapers even!
My two youngest. Clark was 8 when Taft was born and 14 when we brought Addie home. He was and continues to be a wonderful BIG brother. My children have very different personalities, interests and talents, but so far, they are good friends—kind and respectful with one another. Lucky me!

It is not good that man should be alone (Genesis 2:18). Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man in the Lord (1 Corinthians 11:11-12). For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh (Ephesians 5:31).
It was a beautiful, sacred day and is now a wonderfully happy memory.
